RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your new clothes! But if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may send your items back within 10 days of receipt of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

If you are sending back an item, please notify us via email at info@cozyclothingconnection.com so we know to expect your package. If you need to exchange a size, please tell us your correct size so we can hold it for you if it’s available, or if you would like a store credit, please let us know.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and must have tags attached.  

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. Please include a copy of your invoice/receipt in the return package

Shipping costs will be reimbursed only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
